There are many keys, and even more doors they may open,
And this is the start as well as the destination.

In other words, I don't have one single explanation for this picture, as just about the only thing that is for certain here is that she's a siren. The picture just kept twisting and turning away from the original concept, which is probably for the better. If you have any interesting ideas about what this represents to you, please share. ^^

It looks as though a Siren(bird) is turning into a Siren(sea).

To me, this seems like death and rebirth. Even in the darkness, life can still go on. As her soul leaves her body, and she slips into eternal sleep she sheds a single tear. They say a Siren's tear can grant eternal youth, and so as the single crystal tear rolls from her cheek and drops to the soil below, flowers grow where it once was. In soil that before could bare no life.

I think this picture is fasinating I realy do<3

I'm a pagen so I see the moon as the moon goddes Diana.
I think the Siren fel in love with someone and the person died and so she lost her will to be happy (the wings) she only thinks and speeks about her love (the skull)
shes a fallen angel.. drowning in her emotions (the see)
