Edit 14.01.11. Updated the image slightly (not a major change, but has impact on the composition and was bugging me the whole time) and enabled print.

When your loved one has fallen and is slipping from your grasp, come hell and brimstone, nothing matters anymore.

This was my submission to the end of days contest (moved now 'cause it didn't really have anything to do with the franchise anyways). It doesn't address the apocalypse on a global scale, but rather a very personal one.

And now I'm feeling a little guilty about being the leading cause of death of this fictional penguin. u.u He'll get better, promise!
